We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. A 15 days period is valid for you to return/exchange your order. The item exchange can occur in a situation where 24hoursLoot has delivered an item of incorrect size, color or design. If you are sending the item due to our mistake, then we will cover the shipping charge (up to the amount that we charged for sending that same item to you at the very first time) to send the item back to us. For example, you bought 1 large size t-shirt from us in a single order and you paid Rs 45 as shipping charge. By mistake, we sent you small size, then it is our mistake. So in that case, you would be sending us the t-shirt back for the exchange, and we will cover up to Rs. 45 for sending the t-shirt back to us. We will put cash/cheque in the parcel that we will be resending for correct size t-shirt.
However, under the return policy, say you have purchased a wrong size t-shirt that doesn't fit you. In such a case, you have to bear the shipping costs for sending the old item back and getting new item from us and 24hoursLoot shall not be liable for the same.
Please note, for custom printied t-shirt or any other item, we do not have any exchange policy, as we can not re-sell a custom printed items to anyone.
For processing of orders under both return and exchange policy, you have to visit our help desk send us your order number (If possible, please tell us why do you want to return or exchange the item. That will help us to improve our quality and service.). We will get back to you in maximum 2 working days with instruction for sending the item back.

You can suggest any funny quote or one-liner or any idea by uploading an image by visiting this page and if we print that idea, then you get that t-shirt FREE!! Please make sure the design idea is yours and you have not copied it from somewhere else. In case, if we print your idea and someone objects it then you would be completely responsible for any dispute and resulting damage.

If your idea/quote/oneliner is selected for the printing and if we decide it to print, then we will notify you by email in advance. We may also put your name or photo in product detail on the website to give you the credit and make you famous. Ideally your ordered item is ready for pickup in 4-5 business days. Please remember the numbers of days for an ordered item to get ready for pick up is equal to the shipping days.

You must carry a print out of your invoice (available at http://www.24hoursloot.com/order-status ) when you come to pickup. We will verify your authenticity by calling your mobile phone number at the time of pickup. If somebody else is coming to pickup, then please let us know about it by sending an email to us ( at support@24hoursLoot.com ) in advance and mention your order number, pickup person name and his/her mobile phone number. And we will hand over the item after verifying the authenticity. You must pick up your item within 15 calendar days from the day you get an email saying your item is ready for pickup. If you don't pick up your item(s) after 15 days from the notification day, then you will be charged Rs. 5 per day as rental charge. And after 30 days from the notification day, we reserve the right to not to hand over your item and not to return your money as well.
