We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. A 15 days period is valid for you to return/exchange your order.
The item exchange can occur in a situation where 24hoursLoot has delivered an item of incorrect size, color or design.
If you are sending the item due to our mistake, then we will cover the shipping charge (up to the amount that we charged for sending that same item to you at the very first time) to send the item back to us. For example, you bought 1 large size t-shirt from us in a single order and you paid Rs 45 as shipping charge. By mistake, we sent you small size, then it is our mistake. So in that case, you would be sending us the t-shirt back for the exchange, and we will cover up to Rs. 45 for sending the t-shirt back to us. We will put cash/cheque in the parcel that we will be resending for correct size t-shirt.
However, under the return policy, say you have purchased a wrong size t-shirt that doesn't fit you. In such a case,
you have to bear the shipping costs for sending the old item back and getting new item from us and 24hoursLoot shall
not be liable for the same.
Please note, for custom printied t-shirt or any other item, we do not have any exchange policy, as we can not re-sell a
custom printed items to anyone.
For processing of orders under both return and exchange policy, you have to visit our
help desk
send us your order number (If possible, please tell us why do you want to return or exchange the item.
That will help us to improve our quality and service.).
We will get back to you in maximum 2 working days with instruction for sending the item back.
Please
download this form and send the print out of the filled out form with returning item(s).
However please note return/exchange will only be accepted if item is in original package and has not been
washed/worn/repacked/used ever. We will only be able to exchange an item (where exchange is due to our mistake),
if we have that particular item in our inventory, otherwise we will not be able to exchange it.
