If you do not follow all instructions written below, then winning t-shirt request will be declined and you cannot claim for it ever.

1. You must claim for the winning t-shirt in 2 business days from the day, when the result has been announced.
2. Create a ticket in the help desk system at http://www.24hoursloot.com/ostickete/index.php and select "Contest winner" in the help topic select box.
3. Mention following information in that ticket
   1. Contest date
   2. Link of the web page (i.e web page address or URL), where you saw that you have been declared as winner by us
      1. You can mention twitter update url of our twitter timeline or
      2. You can mention facebook posting url by us
   3. After opening the ticket, please DM (direct message) us the ticket number on twitter.
   4. Then after, within 1 working day, we will let you know your winner code by updating your ticket or via DM (direct message) on twitter (or both). You would need to use that code at http://www.24hoursloot.com/claim-prize to place the order to get the free t-shirt. That's all, now sit back and wait for your tee.
4. If you do not follow any of the above instructions within given timeframe, then we will not entertain your t-shirt claim request and hence no t-shirt will be sent.
5. We will ship winning t-shirt in 10 to 15 working days by courier. Further 3-4 days may take for delivery depending up on the location.
6. Once we ship the item, we will update the ticket within 2 days with the tracking number and you can track the progress of shipment online. We are not responsible for t-shirt gets lost or destroyed in the transition or may result in any un-delivery. However we will always try to help as much as we can to solve the issue under our capacity.
7. For any question/concern, please do not write e-mail to us. Instead use the open ticket to update the status with your question or query.
8. Winning t-shirt can be shipped only in India.
9. No exchange/return is applicable for winning t-shirt.
10. Winning t-shirt cannot be cashed or transferred to anyone else.
11. We reserve the right to select the design and color of the winning t-shirt.
12. We reserve the right to make any changes or stop the promotion or sending winning t-shirt without any notice.
